設施：房間沒網絡，風筒智能到無法使用，週末滿房安排不到換房。

環境：設計新穎美觀
服務：非常不滿意前台的處理方式，由於路況原因，我本次入住時間晚了，到達酒店後希望能安排住四樓，但是酒店制度是要按房型補當天實時房差價，結果安排了一間三樓電視網絡壞的房間，之前多次入住都是前台一名肥哥哥辦理，態度和溝通會以客户需求去解決問題，呢次遇上了一位小姐姐，真的好無語，最終安排的房間讓我非常不滿意。也請貴公司日後加強對前台人員的溝通培訓，提升品牌服務價值。

酒店外觀麻麻, 但上到Reception有驚喜, 裝修不落俗套, 前枱的小美女梁詩韵笑容甜美, 有禮貌, 她&Lucy工作效率高, 很快就完成手續, 遊泳池雖不屬酒店, 但可以取票游泳, 大而且乾淨. 早餐品種不多, 但簡單美味. 整體覺得滿意, 下次來一定會再入住 & 介紹朋友.

房間沒有很驚艷，中規中距，環境不錯，服務很好，唯一美中不足就是，房間在3樓，洗衣房在4樓，跑上跑下夠累的，酒店工作阿姨説可以寫張紙條，洗後機器人會送，結果在樓下等了2小時不放心，上樓看了一下，結果，在我後面排隊的都已洗好，我的還是在原地等侯，很無奈！跑上跑下折騰到深夜1點多，最後衣服終於把衣服放裏面烘乾了。酒店的早餐餐環廳境很好，出品也不錯！
